The art of eating well is fundamental in naturopathy. “Let your food be your medicine,” said Hippocrates. Many patients actually come to see me initially with this request (and later discover the other techniques!).

The goal is to provide dietary advice tailored to each person: throughout naturopathic programs (which are not permanent diets), and for the long term.

I support you by considering your current diet, your tastes, your typology (metabolic personality), and, of course, your health priorities.

I rely on my foundational training in nutrition (postgraduate university programs), dietary profiling according to Taty Lawers, my training in micro-nutrition, my love of healthy and varied cuisine (I have even written several books for Thermomix), and over 10 years of experience with patients.
