A Path Guided by Nature

As far back as I can remember, I have always been interested in Nature, its observation, its understanding, and scientific approaches, having completed postgraduate studies 29 years ago (DESS in Nutrition and Food and Master of Sciences in Human Nutrition and Metabolism).

Then I spent 7 years on humanitarian missions in about ten war-torn African countries, working on re-nutrition programs for severely malnourished children, as well as conducting epidemiological surveys; this human field experience left a lasting impression on me, also through the satisfaction of being active and seeing the results of one’s efforts.

A Rich and Complementary Journey

I then worked in France as a scientific engineer in research and development in the agri-food sector (fermented milks, microbiota), for a consumer association, a nutritional communication agency, and as a cooking teacher in BTS; from these varied and complementary experiences, I gained a comprehensive overview of the ins and outs of nutrition.

Finally, I realized that nutrition was a fundamental basis for true health, but it was not sufficient; that is when I became interested in Naturopathy, an ancient and universal art of taking care of one’s health in a holistic, individual, and natural way. I trained and deepened several complementary areas: massage (shiatsu), relaxation (Yoga Nidra), dietary profiling (healthy eating according to individual profile and health).

A Comprehensive and Personalized Support

For the past 12 years, I have had the immense pleasure of welcoming clients to my Naturopathy-Nutrition practice (first in Andalusia, where I lived, and then in Marseille) — people concerned with their health, seeking to maintain or regain it. I support them, sharing and advising on various, progressive, and tailored techniques, combining, of course, diet, nutrition, as well as plants (aromatherapy, gemmology, Bach flowers…), massages, breathing, hydrology, and other techniques among the ten commonly used by naturopaths.

Additionally, for the past 20 years, I have offered my services as a consultant: writing books and creating healthy recipes, calculating nutritional values, and synthesizing scientific dossiers.

My Main Trainings

Additional trainings to deepen my practice: foot reflexology, Reiki, aromatherapy, flower essences, food intolerances…
